Simply The Best! Altman Dental-Dr. Altman has been my dentist for almost a decade. When he moved his old office to the current one, it changed my travel time to 40 minutes. I didn't hesitate at all and though I hope he doesn't move any time soon I'd probably drive an hour and a half if necessary - he and his staff are THAT good! If you want a caring group of people, excellent service, exemplary dentistry and to never have wait in the waiting room, then go to Altman dental. In ten years, one time I was seen 5 minutes after my schedule appointment - every other time - I was called in at exactly my appointment time. When it was time for my son to start seeing a dentist, he started with Dr. Altman and has been going ever since. No matter the patient's age or situation Dr. Altman explains what he is going to do and why and is with you every step of the way making sure you are ok and know what's important to know. He makes this a great game with the little ones. My son and I see different hygienists and they are terrific too! I have the utmost respect for every single person in the office - nothing but raves for Altman Dental!

I never thought that a dental cleaning could be so pleasant! Everyone from the receptionist to the dentists were so friendly! They answered all my questions and I didn't feel like they were rushing me at all to get on to the next patient. Also, they instilled just the right amount of fear to get me flossing. I'm definitely going to recommend them to whoever is looking for a dentist and I'll definitely be back! Brandi, the higenist was exceptionally friendly and really showed that she cared, both about my teeth and my life!

What a gr8 staff...and a friendly place to be. Dr. Muto takes the time to explain all the details of services needed. Brandy is so very efficient in her cleaning of my teeth. and so sweet! This office is a really nice place to do dental services. Just wish I had dental insurance$$$ OUCH!

I visited the practice yesterday for the first time and am glad I did so. Dr Altman and his staff are very professional while being warm and welcoming at the same time. I would recommend them to all my friends.

As an Army Officer now stationed in the Buffalo area, the Altman Dental Staff welcomed me as a new client with open arms. Everything from the initial telephone consult, right down to completing required paperwork, Altman Dental made it easy. The hygienist and Dentist were very professional and helpful. I will be a patient for the next three years!

Dr. Altman treats our entire family for over 3 years now. He did great job with fillings and crowns for me and my husband, and keeps our daughter teeth healthy. He is knowledgeable and skillful, he works carefully and reasonably quickly. He is always on time. He is just right. I have moved out of the Buffalo area and came back for a vacation. While here, yes, I included a dentist appointment. Why? I'm greeted with many smiles and treated like a family member. The customer service is hands down the best I've received and the care is totally worth the 500+ mile trip. Only coming in for a cleaning, it was discovered I had a small cavity and they were flexible to figure out how to fit me in as soon as possible, which ended up being about 15 minutes after I finished my cleaning! Thank you for caring so much about your patients and for your superb service! Keep up the great job!
